Today’s death toll: 39. The Breakdown: 15 in Deir Ezzor City, 3 (2 brothers and their sister) in Idlib, 5 including a child in Homs city, 1 in Douma (a defector), 1 in Hama City and 1 in Qamishly.

Loyalists assaulted Arab League Monitors paying a visit to Lattakia City lightly injuring 11. The attack, we are told, did not prevent the delegation from carrying its scheduled activities.
